We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a growing company in the furniture, interior design, and home staging industry. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with basic data entry and inventory support. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing quality work.

This role offers the opportunity to learn specialized furniture handling techniques, including professionally wrapping newly manufactured custom furniture for storage and transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and inventory-related administrative tasks.
• Assist with tracking furniture, inventory, and warehouse documentation.
• Learn and perform specialized shrink-wrapping techniques for newly manufactured custom furniture.
• Inspect furniture and products before wrapping and staging.
• Maintain organization throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and moving furniture within the warehouse.
• Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding priorities and workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

• Apoyar en el seguimiento y control de muebles, mercanc a e inventario.
• Aprender y ejecutar t cnicas especializadas para envolver muebles personalizados reci n fabricados utilizando pl stico termoencogible (shrink wrap).
• Inspeccionar muebles y productos antes de prepararlos para almacenamiento o env o.
• Mantener el almac n limpio, organizado y seguro.
• Mover y acomodar muebles dentro del almac n seg n sea necesario.
• Apoyar en actividades generales de almac n y organizaci n de mercanc a.
• Comunicarse de manera efectiva con supervisores y compa eros de trabajo.
• Seguir las pol ticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience handling furniture, home goods, or large items is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture and warehouse materials safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
