We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet, dispatch, shipping, and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet, dispatch, shipping, and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
* Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately.
* Assist with small repairs (replace headlights, wipers, etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance.
* Maintain fleet tracking, route reports, and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.
* Manage crew supplies: track, order, organize, and maintain safety stock.
* Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items.
* Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (dispatch, fleet, or inventory management preferred).
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong multitasking ability and a can-do attitude.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred ( Se valora mucho que hables espa ol!).
