Summary of Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees transportation coordination, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of inbound and outbound shipments at the Burlington facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange special shipping accommodations as needed.
• Manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control.
• Maintain records to support ISO compliance in manufacturing.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with departmental tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and present solutions to leadership.
• Develop and update documentation for logistics procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage finished goods inventory.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation for international shipments.

Skills

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with warehouse staff, purchasing teams, and vendors.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control methods.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry.

Traits

• Highly organized and capable of working independently.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Two years of warehouse experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
