Job Description

Job Duties:
  1. Maintain the department's social media editorial calendar.
  2. Manage daily social media scheduling, communications, social listening, and responses. 
  3. Manage email marketing, including writing, building, and scheduling emails.
  4. Prepare copy and marketing materials for print and digital assets.
  5. Coordinate stakeholder outreach activities for community programs and services.
  6. Draft creative briefs and work with graphic designers, photographers, and printers to develop marketing materials.

Job Requirements

The transportation marketing coordinator would also help support strategic communications efforts for the following departmental programs and initiatives:
  1. Transit Safety Officer Program
  2. CAD/AVL Implementation
  3. COA
  4. Bus Stop Amenities Study
  5. Real-time Bus Arrival Sign Pilot
  6. May 2023 Service Change


Hourly Pay: $40 - 50/hr
