Talent Acquisition Partner
Looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Shared Services team in Huntsville, AL.
In this role, you'll partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver top talent while ensuring an exceptional client experience. You'll define and execute recruiting strategies, source high-quality candidates, and keep the process running smoothly from start to finish.
Job Requirements
What You'll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on recruiting strategies/timelines
Manage full-cycle recruiting within established processes, while identifying areas for improvement
Source and engage candidates through innovative methods, networking, referrals, and cold calling
Screen candidates and assess qualifications to build a strong talent pipeline
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS (Workday experience a plus)
Track and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring goals
Build relationships across target companies, industry groups, and professional associations
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of recruiting experience (or Associate's + 7+ years)
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset
Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
Comfortable sourcing in niche areas such as AI/ML, IT, production, or manufacturing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
This position requires U.S. Citizenship
