Responsibilities

• Foster and enhance owner subcontractor, and vendor relations.
• Address customer security needs as a dedicated point of contact with all parties to ensure all design and functional requirements are met.
• Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Work with the Preconstruction team in the development of projects.
• Scope development, estimating, design coordination & review, value engineering.
• Construction scheduling and critical path analysis, risk analysis and mitigation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Work with Accounting to initiate the Pay Application process and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
• Keep management informed of the progress of projects and budgets through regularly scheduled Operation Review Meetings (ORMs).
• Understand and administer Motive's contract and subcontract agreements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management with $50 million+ projects
• Strong leadership and team-building skills. Incredible organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices.
• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• PMP or other Program Management certifications, training, and/or demonstrated experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated project management and utility experience.
