Are you ready to join a fast growing team in Austin, Texas as a 

Senior FP&A Analyst to Drive Strategic Financial Insights Across a Dynamic Enterprise


Are you a data-savvy finance pro with a passion for building powerful dashboards and delivering meaningful insights? We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing team and lead enterprise-level financial planning, modeling, and reporting initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment.

In this high-impact role, you'll design advanced Power BI dashboards, conduct detailed financial modeling in Excel, and deliver actionable insights across P&L, cash flow, and working capital. You'll work closely with finance and program leaders to drive performance, support strategic planning, and help shape the financial future of a mission-critical organization.


What You'll Do:

Build and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to drive business decisions

Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple ERPs and business units

Forecast and analyze orders, revenue, margins, and working capital

Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint decks with key insights and variance analysis

Own financial modeling and support month-end close and actual-to-plan reviews

Collaborate across teams to support budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning

Contribute to reporting system implementations and process improvements

Job Requirements

What You Bring:

6+ years of FP&A experience across the full financial spectrum (P&L, cash flow, working capital)

Expertise in Power BI dashboard development and Excel modeling

Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition

Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Open Plan, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power BI

Proven experience managing consolidated financials in complex environments

Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting

U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance


Bonus Points for:

Familiarity with OneStream or similar EPM systems

Experience with government contracts and FAR/DFARS compliance

Background in defense, aerospace, or communications industries
