Job Description
The Service Coordinator will ensure the effective, efficient, and constant supply chain flow through departmental support.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Service coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the process of preparing, reviewing, and submitting quotations to customers.
- Provide customers with estimated timelines, pricing details, and service recommendations.
- Creating PM Reports with graphs
- Maintains accurate and on time reports and records relative to the service department's daily operation.
- Assure that all charges related to work orders are posted accurately.
- Assure all work orders are closed on a timely basis.
- Support Dispatch with quotes and back-up.
- General administrative duties.
Education/Experience and Training:
- High School or College; Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience, 2 years of task force experience.
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel and Word.
- 1 year of administrative experience.
Pay: $18 - $20/hr
