Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team as we continue to provide advanced electronics and subsystems to cutting edge satellite programs. A Senior Engineer will support a wide range of electrical design projects. You will contribute to all aspects of the full product lifecycle: from requirements development, through preliminary design, critical design, prototype, test, and production. A Senior Engineer works relatively independently on their assignments, with guidance from a more senior-level staff member on more complex design, analysis, or testing programs. A Senior Engineer is beginning to develop expertise in one or more areas of electronics design and test.
Job Requirements
* Total related experience 3 - 6 years
* Electrical CAD design in OrCAD and Allegro, or Altium
* Experience with firmware design in VHDL and/or Verilog
* Familiarity with radiation effects on electronics/experience with design for a space environment
* Electrical analysis, such as worst case, stress and FMECA
* Designing test equipment, including test script development using Matlab, Simulink, C, or Python
* Benchtop testing and debugging
* Electrical test plan/procedure generation
* Collaboration with multi-disciplinary engineering team
US Citizen or Permanent Resident is required
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 DOE
