Senior Electrical Engineer - Inverter

Job Description

Our client is a top Motorsports company.  Immediate opening!

*Develop multiphase inverter for high end motorsport application. From 300kW to 600kW.
 *Lead hardware implementation.
 *Evaluate circuit board topologies through simulation.
 *Modelling using Matlab/Simulink or similar.
 *PCB layout with Altium or similar.
 *Design, perform and supervise circuit board validation test.

Job Requirements

 
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5 -7 years of experience with power electronics and PCB design in high end motorsport i.e F1, Formula E, WEC.  
10 years of MATLAB/Simulink and PCB layouts including design and validation of circuit board experience

Remote Position - must be willing to travel to Santa Clarita, CA 3-4 times a year.

$1923 - $2307 weekly rate DOE
