Your Launch Package:

Your Mission:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee AP/AR processes and resolve complex accounting issues
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
Job Requirements
Your Flight Readiness Checklist:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years of inventory and cost accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing and/or startup environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
• CPA (or actively pursuing) is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Experience in manufacturing and/or startup environments
