Job Description

An excellent opportunity awaits an individual with 3-5 years of Salesforce experience and a keen analytical approach. This position also has the opportunity to be hybrid! As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our two Salesforce orgs by addressing support tickets, maintenance of custom objects and Visualforce pages, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map.

  • The ideal candidate is passionate about the Salesforce platform
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and assist with system customization
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
  • Work on salesforce tickets daily 
  • Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ year of experience with Salesforce 
  • Database design experience
  • ERP experience (Sage or Dynamics ideally)
  • Development skills.
  • Salesforce power user
  • Mule Soft experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 
Pay: $85,000 - $95,000/yr
