Job Description

The Receptionist / Accounting Clerk is responsible for answering the phone and greeting all client visitors. This role will order and maintain office supplies, receive, and distribute mail, and coordinate with the Accounting Manager to cross train in AP and AR to assist or "step in" as needed in the accounting department.

The ideal person for this role is an independently driven worker who is eager to expand their knowledge base and is highly organized to ensure all deadlines are met and details are updated with accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Reception required 
  • High school graduate required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree with focus in accounting, business, or administration a plus
  • Proficient in Business central software a plus
  • Openness to learn something new every day required
  • Displays the ability to work on a small team and independently required

Hourly pay rate:  $20-$23 per hour DOE
