Job Description
Position Summary
Quality assurance through managing and overseeing the complete manufacturing process from receiving inspection through order fulfillment.
Essential Job Functions:
Work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure delivery of high quality, reliable products on schedule and within budget.
Critical review of assembly procedures and acceptance test procedures
Root Cause and Corrective Action process
Interact with internal fabrication and assembly resources as well as outside vendors supplying fabricated parts, off the shelf components and completed assemblies
Participate in the testing of products and improve the production flow, as needed
Ability to work on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of electronics, mechanical systems and production processes
Create and write SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
In-line QA Processes
Ability to function as a critical team member
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years Quality Control Experience
2+ years Manufacturing Experience
Requirements
Clear oral and written communications
Understanding of basic tools and QA Fixtures
Strong technical knowledge and 'hands on' skills
Ability to read blue prints and assembly drawings
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong time management and organizational skills
Organized, detail oriented, and maintains accurate records
Proficient in Microsoft office
$28 - $35/hr. DOE
