Job Description
The Project Manager will lead complex, client-focused renewable energy projects and serves as the central point of accountability for delivering exceptional results for clients and company.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex renewable energy installation projects including commercial solar, battery storage systems (BESS), and electric vehicle charging infrastructure from initiation through completion.
- Communicate on a weekly, and often daily, basis with assigned clients regarding project performance; prepare and deliver regular project-specific and program-level reports.
- Deliver exceptional results to clients and the company by delivering projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and built to the highest standard of quality by collaborating with colleagues across sales, development, engineering, supply chain, construction, accounting, and safety.
- Monitor project expenditures against budget and contract and work with internal teams to identify trends and drive improvements.

Education / Training
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or additional certifications such as a PMP are preferred.
Technical Requirements
- Strong skillset in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Project.
Experience
- 3+ years of project management or coordination experience within a construction or real estate development role.
- Prior experience in Commercial Rooftop Solar, Canopy/Carport Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, or EV Charging Infrastructure is preferred. Consideration will also be given to experience in similar industries such as telecommunications, transportation, or other specialized development and construction.
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/year
