Job Description

Responsibilities: 
Assume ownership of all program activities, performance, cost, and schedule
Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple projects to assure that cost, schedules, and performance goals are met.
Coordinate the projects and their inter-dependencies
Manage and utilize resources across projects
Actively engage with key functional departments to ensure alignment and execution of deliverables
Drive and motivate the operational and engineering teams to deliver the product(s) to meet customer's requirements.
Lead the operations planning, forecasting, and demand planning processes to ensure supply and service levels meet customer expectations.
Create, update, and provide weekly program status updates such as action items, risk registers, master schedules, and document submittals to customer and development team.
Analyze, manage, and track risks and issues by establishing and executing mitigation plans
Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident. Seek senior management assistance in resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise
Conduct regular team meetings to manage the schedule, risks, action items, and weekly status.
Set up tools and standards for managing the program
Create and manage long-term goals
Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering and 7+ years minimum experience and proven track record managing entire scope of all projects.
Strong ERP system knowledge, Genius ERP would be a plus
Proven experience in program management 
Strong knowledge of all the aspects of production and operations
High sense of urgency and ability to meet schedule requirements
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
Ability to simultaneously manage people and prioritize multiple requests even without direct reporting
Ability to drive technical solutions into process equipment
Experience managing program, project, and department budgets and timelines
Proven track record delivering equipment on-time using a Stage Gate process
Ability to balance resources against a program plan using MS Project
Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

$120 - $150k DOE
