Job Description
- Have prior experience with Electric Vehicle Charging development
- Helped launch utility, distributed generation and/or emobility programs for a developer, retailer, EPC or CPO network
- supervised vendors and staff nationally to hit COD dates within budget
- are equally comfortable working with internal stakeholders as you are holding EPC and O&M providers accountable
- have vetted new technologies for investment or deployment
- have worked in a high-growth, fluid environment where people wear multiple hats until the organization scales and matures
The Job
- Define business requirements for program success and hold internal teams and vendors accountable for meeting them
- Day-to-day management of DG / EV Charging deployment across Energy Transformation, Real Estate, Store Operations / Supply Chain and contracted vendors
- Tracking and reporting of progress against plan; identifying performance gaps and ensuring cross-functional teams quickly address them
- Continuously working cross-functionally to learn fast - capturing lessons learned and translating them into best practice to accelerate deployment at scale
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Certification in Project Management., Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design., Supervisory
