Our client is seeking a Production Test Supervisor located in Santa Ana, CA. They provide comprehensive solutions across the entire product lifecycle, leading through its innovative technology and engineering design services, leveraging its supply chain, and delivering world-class manufacturing services. They are focused on the Aerospace and Defense business sector.

Summary:
 Assigns and coordinates activities of team members engaged in testing of assemblies and subassemblies. Must have the technical ability to assist technicians in troubleshooting down to the component level on CCAs and assemblies.

Responsibilities:
 • Analyzes production test schedule and assign jobs to test department team members needed to meet delivery dates.
 • Plans work assignments for the production test department. on basis of priority and worker skills.
 • Develop team members capabilities to test and troubleshoot products.
 • Troubleshoot products that the technicians are having difficulty with determining the cause of failure.

Annual Salary Range:  $90,000 - $105,000 DOE
