Job Description

Top aerospace company is looking to add a Production Scheduler to their team in the Seattle area. 

The ideal candidate will be a part of the Scheduling and Material Planning team that networks across all departments and plays a key role from proposal to product delivery. Looking for a highly analytical, self-motivated, and organized individual. 

40% - Responsible for establishing, maintaining and providing a detailed scheduling context and analysis to production and support areas. Responsible for development and alignment on recovery plans or options.
 
30% - Analysis of WIP Activities and maintains accurate order completion dates and responsible for the status and up to date context of all production activities. Key contributor to the production readiness activities.
 
20% - Assist the Master Scheduler in MPS activity and the development of visual management scheduling tools to ensure proper tracking of key deliverables to plan.
 
10% - Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

REQUIRED: 
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function/cross-site teams.
Operations, Scheduling, and Engineering Value Stream experience or demonstrated willingness to learn.
MS Office

DESIRED:
Prior Oracle/Delmia/Windchill experience.
Demonstrated Lean experience or certification.
Willingness to learn Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as Delmia, ASCP, Oracle Enterprise Business Suite, etc.

EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management/Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or other Technical Degree and at least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Candidates must be US Citizens without dual citizenship

$57-$60 Hourly DOE
