We are looking for a skilled Production Associate for a stable and fast growing organization who is expanding their production and looking for a highly organized, hands-on, skilled associate.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, fabrication, or a related hands-on trade.
- Skilled in the safe use of power tools and basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
- Familiarity with construction materials (wood, metal, composites, etc.).
$19-$21/hour
