Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Engineer to join a growing team. Reporting to the Director of IT Compliance and Projects, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Engineer will be responsible for reviewing company SCM Manufacturing processes and re-engineering the company SCM Manufacturing processes. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency and performing many functional tasks required for a successful Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation by making management and operations easier based on the company's needs.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform as functional lead and subject matter expert on MS Dynamics 365 F&O functionally (Product Control Module)
  • Establish and document system requirements utilizing processes, workflows, use cases, and other methods
  • Manage configurations in D365 for the Production Control Module (for Process, Discrete, and Lean Manufacturing)
  • Perform in production functionality (handling materials, planning and executing routes and operations, costing sheets, capacity planning, scheduling, Shop Floor Management, and product cost tracking)
  • Work with PMs and follow process and project methodology, ensuring proper implementation and adoption
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and develop the solutions
  • Conduct meetings and training with other teams to transfer knowledge about technologies used in the projects
  • Perform high-level quality checks on the deliverable before deploying it to stage and productions
  • Provide technical mentorship to other team members

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related experience
  • 3 + years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM/Manufacturing as an implementation consultant
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations, including experience with the Production Control module (for Process, Discrete, and Lean Manufacturing types)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM/Manufacturing implementation in the Production Control Modules
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Experience in creating reports, business correspondences, SOPs, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to conduct user training sessions
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to be flexible and have enthusiasm for learning technologies, tools, and ideas
  • Ability to have clear and concise oral and written communication, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
  • Acquired certifications (MB-320/MB-330) in Dynamics 365 will be a plus
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000
