Top Motorsports Client is looking to hire a Senior Specialist in Merchandise and Licensing.  Position is Hybrid/Onsite located in Torrance, CA.

This position supports our clients business units' visions by supporting, investigating, leading in the creation and execution of merchandise, memorabilia/collectible and licensing of new products including ensuring quality of products, production delivery schedule, inventory management and implementation of selling them through multiple channels globally.  This position will also create inventory sales incentives, countermeasure for slower moving or obsolete inventory, collaborate with client's Marketing to push sales campaigns globally. Will also negotiate contracts with licensing partners, supplies and vendors to ensure client receives fair share of financial returns.  Traveling/OT/weekend and Holiday work will be required as needed.

A qualified candidate will have the following:

*    7 years of experience specializing in Marketing or Branding or licensing preferably in the automotive, sports, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
*    5 years of project management and managing consultants, vendors, or marketing agencies team and internal companies
*    5 years' experience contract negotiation on licensees, leading licensing strategies, royalties
*    5 years of experience of product info, strategy, and competitive analysis direction.  
*    5 years of experience excelling in an agile environment
*    Experience with market research in fashion brands, licensing, and branding
*    Experienced managing budget and resources
*    Experience with  merchandise development and marketing final products  
*    Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
*    Experience with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

*    Ability to document project goals/metrics and progress toward goals
*    Ability to problem solve and present multiple solutions to decision makers
*    Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
*    Professional presentation and appearance
*    Ability to work in various working environments
*    Ability to be flexible with priorities and work toward goals with limited direction
*    Ability to download and interpret various data management and performance software

Weekly flat rate:  $1350 - $1635
