Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a mid to senior level Mechanical Engineer to be based from our Long Beach office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years of experience in the design of Mechanical systems for new buildings and renovations within the Healthcare market (primarily hospitals and medical office buildings, along with support buildings such as central plants and data centers.) Candidates must have at least basic project management experience and be willing to lead projects from all perspectives including technically, administratively and financially. Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- California P.E. registration (must be current and clear)
- P.E. registration in other states a plus
- Healthcare project experience
- OSHPD standards should be listed on the resume
Working Knowledge
- California Mechanical Code
- National Mechanical Code
- California Energy Code
- OSHPD codes, standards, PINS and CANS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Revit a plus
- AutoCAD a plus
