Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
- Manage overall sales-support efforts
- Develop new Salesforce CRMs
- Create new and update PowerPoint templates in support of business development opportunities
- Understand prospects and customers in the database, help keep information updated in our Salesforce CRM
- Help identify sales opportunities
- Ensure sales opportunities and RFPs are followed up on by sales teams
- Duties may also include management and support of RFP and bid responses for new business
- Personal networking may also be a part of this role via social media or telephone/Zoom outreach
- Oversee owned, earned, paid and shared media programs
- Work alongside digital/ad agency with the new re-vamp of company website
- Manage new iContact marketing automation system
- Direct/execute content development and blog posts
- Create and manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Manage direct-marketing efforts to prospects via html emails
- Plan industrial trade media advertising in both digital and print
- Lead Google paid search efforts
- Identify and support public relations opportunities in trade media
- Manage Google Analytics and other campaign tracking tools and reports
- Understand branding to ensure brand consistency across the board and at every touch point
- Create an annual, timeline and detailed marketing communication and media plan and to execute and track the ongoing results
