What You'll Do
As our HR Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our workforce, ensuring that our team is motivated, empowered, and ready to tackle every challenge. You'll:
- Revolutionize Onboarding: Create an onboarding experience that makes new hires say, 'I belong here.'
- Foster Employee Success: Build a work environment where every employee feels heard, valued, and supported.
- Safety First! Our 300 strong workforce is in the field and we must prioritize safety procedures and processes.
- Stay Ahead on Compliance: Navigate the world of regulations like a pro, ensuring our team is always safe and compliant.
- Employee Benefits: Collaborate with company leaders to make decisions on employee benefits, 401k plan, etc.
- Develop Growth Opportunities: Identify training needs and implement programs that help our team soar.
Job Requirements
You're not just a people person-you're a people champion. We're looking for someone who brings:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; OR
- 5+ years of HR management experience (bonus points for experience in construction or trade industries).
- A deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Tech-savviness with HRIS systems.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or the drive to earn one).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST HAVE.
