Your Return on Investment:
• Competitive Salary: $125,000 – $135,000

Our Unique Selling Proposition:
• Own short- and long-term category strategy across multiple channels
• Build and manage multi-year product roadmaps to drive growth and profitability
• Lead new product development (NPD) from concept through launch, including pricing, positioning, and packaging
• Analyze sales performance, market share, and competitive trends to guide decisions
• Partner with Sales, R&D, SCM, and Operations to execute strategies
• Develop annual marketing plans based on consumer insights and market trends
• Manage full product lifecycle, including SKU optimization and product improvements
• Build data-driven narratives and dashboards to support sales and category performance
• Support quarterly business reviews and present insights to leadership
• Oversee and develop one direct report
• Build and manage multi-year product roadmaps to drive growth and profitability

Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
• 10+ years of experience in brand or product marketing within CPG (food industry preferred)
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus)
• Bilingual in Korean required
• Strong P&L ownership and category management experience
• Proven ability to lead product innovation and go-to-market strategy
• Experience working with IRI, Nielsen, Spins, and data-driven insights
• Strong cross-functional leadership across sales, R&D, and operations
• Passion for food and consumer-driven innovation
• Bilingual in Korean required
• Strong P&L ownership and category management experience
• Proven ability to lead product innovation and go-to-market strategy
