Job Title: Field Technician - Power & Hybrid Systems

Job Summary 

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Field Technician to support the installation, deployment, troubleshooting, and pickup of hybrid power systems. This role will work directly with batteries, generators, solar technologies, and related equipment in the field. The Field Technician will also assist with deploying and troubleshooting camera trailers and provide support for generator refueling and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and retrieve hybrid power systems including batteries, generators, and solar components

Assist with the deployment, setup, and troubleshooting of camera trailers

Perform field diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues

Handle generator refueling and support basic generator and battery maintenance

Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently while on-site

Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment pickups

Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding equipment status and field issues

Qualifications

· Experience working with generators, batteries, solar, or hybrid power systems 

· Mechanical or electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment in the field

· Comfortable working in outdoor environments and traveling to various job sites

· Ability to lift and handle equipment as required

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Work Environment

· Field-based role requiring travel to multiple sites

· Hands-on work with power equipment and mobile systems

· May include on-call or flexible scheduling depending on deployment needs
