Job Description

Looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to assist with the processing of Expense Reports to start as soon as possible. 

This is a 100% onsite Austin, TX temp assignment lasting 6-8 weeks (with the possibility of extension.) 

Responsibilities:
  • Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support for the Divisional CFO, including ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve expense report issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with expense report processing or administrative support preferred.
  • Candidates must be US Citizen
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

$20-$25 per hour DOE
