Job Description

Top aerospace company is looking to add an Executive Administration Assistant Level 4 to their team, onsite in Huntsville, AL.  Ideal candidate will have prior Aerospace and Defense industry experience. 

**U.S. Citizenship only. No dual citizenship**

Job Requirements

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & WebEx.
Must possess strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and critical time constraints.
Demonstrate high level of maturity and confidentiality relating to sensitive information.
Maintain sensitive documents/files for leaders.
Assists in analyzing and establishing plans to meet key project objectives, and to identify and resolve issues.
Assist in monitoring and managing critical department and project information, and schedules.
Effectively communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors.
Desired Skills
Prior Aerospace & Defense Industry experience.
Knowledge of Oracle MRP & Sharepoint.
