What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret architectural requirements and develop optimized structural systems.
- Analyze and refine structural designs using STAAD PRO, RAM, and AutoCAD.
- Review and correct shop drawings for accuracy and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Apply structural mechanics, static analysis, and material properties to solve design challenges.
Job Requirements
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, with a focus on structural engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with STAAD PRO, RAM, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word, and a desire to master new technologies.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex engineering problems.
What You Can Expect in Your First Year:
- Months 1-3: Gain hands-on experience with structural design software and work closely with senior engineers to refine your skills.
- Months 4-6: Start taking ownership of key design tasks, reviewing drawings, and learning how to lead parts of a project.
