WORK EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent technical experience required.
Five years minimum experience and proven track record designing and detailing the controls for industrial machinery and automation in the above industrial equipment.
Experience with motion controls.
Experience designing, fabricating, and installing complex electrical control panels for turnkey industrial equipment (see above related industries).
Proficient in programming PLC's (preferably Allen Bradley) and HMI's for the above related industrial equipment controlling pumps, heaters, instrumentation (pressure, temperature, conductivity, pH, etc.), rectifiers, etc.
Ability to produce accurate bill of materials for all panel and field wiring.
Ability to develop and execute Functional Acceptance Tests for all Turnkey Equipment.
Ability able to trouble-shoot and repair electrical systems including PLC programs and automation.
Expert knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage industrial electrical systems.
Experience in the design, fabrication, installation, and testing of electrical control panels and industrial operator interface systems.
Expert Knowledge of NEC & UL-508 standards.
Ability to interpret P&ID's.
Proficient in ACAD/Solidworks to develop electrical and conduit schematics.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word to develop operation and maintenance manuals.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop electrical material list.
Hands on type engineer to oversee equipment control system installation and troubleshoot electrical and control malfunctions.
Strong communication skills are expected.

Salary Range $90K-$115K DOE
