Job Description

We are seeking a Content Traffic Manager (REMOTE) with experience in managing multiple, complex production digital websites.  We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be on West Coast.
This is a fast paced, multi-tasking position with high degree of autonomy and accountability. Position will report to Content Operations Manager.
  1. Manage high volume production intake queue for enterprise digital properties at client
  2. Oversee the end-to-end content authoring workflow; optimize processes for content maintenance, release, and migration workflows 
  3. Maintain clean ticket data in order to provide recurring and ad hoc reports
  4. Analyze data, make recommendations, and facilitate a transparent view into website content lifecycles 
  5. Identify and remove any roadblocks for content authoring
  6. Assign tickets to team members  
  7. Track / provide status updates of content projects
  8. Ensure all content projects meet delivery timelines and service level agreements
  9. Escalate any at risk content projects
  10. Evaluate workload and resources and communicates need for resourcing of a project
  11. Provide estimates for planning and scheduling purposes
  12. Communicate schedules and project status to Content Operations team as well as to other dependent groups (i.e. Stakeholders, UAT and Editorial review)
  13. Collaborate with design and editorial teams and business stakeholders to ensure team is prepared for a content project and has all necessary training, documents and assets
  14. Ensure quality and accuracy of team's work
  15. Develop and maintains working relationships with Stakeholders, IX, product managers, UAT and CMS to create high quality products for Kaiser Permanentes digital properties
  16. Publish content to production and ensures quality 
  17. Maintain working knowledge of content management skills and best practices

Job Requirements

  1. 5+ years experience in traffic management 
  2. 5+ years experience authoring in a content management system, preferably AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  3. Experience with implementing and managing reports, analyzing data, and recommending solutions
  4. Ability to analyze, diagnose and solve content issues
  5. Experience working with remote teams in different states and countries 
  6. Experience with production support of content and content management systems
  7. Experience with Atlassian suite of products (JIRA, Confluence)
  8. Experience with a complex software release process and environment
  9. Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
  10. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  11. A self-directed individual who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline.
  12. Hands-on, completes task and is dependable
  13. Has excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. 
  14. Ethical, fair and of high integrity.
