Preconstruction / Estimator Coordination
*    Maintain a database of qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and conduct prequalification
*    Lead project prebid, plan/spec distribution, and online bid solicitation
*    Manage bid day operations, calendar, and in-house activities
*    Coordinate with outside trade organizations and plan services
*    Participate in design build / design assist projects
*    Assist with takeoffs, plan reviews, scope sheets, proposal preparation, and bid day activities
*    Identify and convince qualified subcontractors to propose
*    Keep updated on construction practices and attend pre-bid meeting
Project Turnover
*    Update the bid solicitation database with proposed and awarded subcontractors
*    Archive subcontractor bids and bid documents
*    Prepare project management turnover documents
 Subcontractor / Vendor Relations
*    Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors
*    Coordinate subcontractor events and engage with industry organizations
 
Construction Estimator Required Qualifications:
*    3+ years of estimation experience working for a commercial general contractor
*    Estimation experience with commercial project values of $5mm - $30mm+
*    High School Diploma or higher
*    Ability to meet tight estimating deadlines
*    Completeness and accuracy of estimates and budgets
*    Ability to translate construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
*    Understanding of commercial and/or industrial construction means and methods
*    Strong communication skills & leadership ability
*    Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Construction Estimator Preferred Qualifications:
*    Bachelor's Degree
*    Experience with Microsoft Project
*    Experience with Beck Technology Destini Estimator
*    Experience with construction-related estimating software like Procore
