Job Description
Seeking an experienced Controller who has a strong background working in the Construction Industry. This person will report to the owner in addition to overseeing direct reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee A/P, A/R and Payroll
- Work closely with Estimating/ Purchasing on Job Cost reviews.
- Maintain all License and insurance renewals
- WIP maintenance - over/under billing knowledge
- Payroll Tax Returns
- Customer Contract review for signature
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Residential Construction, Contract billing, and Change Order Maintenance
- Knowledge of Preliminary Notices, and lien releases
- Minimum of 5 years of Construction Financial Accounting or Job Cost Accounting experience
- Cost Accountant experience a plus
- Project Accountant experience a plus
