Chief of Staff (Fast-Growing Startup | Mission-Aligned Leadership Role)

We're seeking a mission-aligned, action-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team. What You'll Do

Serve as the CEO's right hand - Translate ideas into action, manage follow-ups, and ensure strategic priorities move forward.

Lead cross-functional initiatives - Identify gaps across product, finance, and operations, driving critical projects to completion.

Own company-wide operating cadence - Plan and facilitate leadership meetings, all-hands, weekly check-ins, and post-mortems.

Manage internal communications - Organize and deliver clear, timely updates, agendas, and documentation.

Build external relationships - Support fundraising, investor communications, and grant applications with compelling decks and memos.

Enhance team culture & performance - Design offsites, events, and rituals; resolve friction points; serve as a sounding board for leaders.

Track strategic priorities - Monitor company goals, product milestones, and fundraising targets to maintain momentum.

Act as a utility player - Jump in wherever needed, from vendor calls to pitch decks, budget management, or demo day planning.

What You Bring

MBA graduate with 3-7 years of experience in product, operations, or finance, ideally in industrial, cleantech, or hardware sectors.

Technical foundation: undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

A systems thinker who can zoom out to connect the dots and zoom in to ship with precision.

Skilled at leading through influence, collaborating across teams, and communicating with executives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; you bring structure to ambiguity.

Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful-you see what needs doing and make it happen.

Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments, thriving in ambiguity.

Passionate about zero-emission innovation and building a sustainable future.

Bonus Points

Experience working directly with a CEO or executive team.

Familiarity with non-dilutive funding or government grants.
