Responsibilities:
- The ability to work with a crew in a safe and productive manner is essential.
- Keeping an inventory of material, including chemical on the truck
- Handling and loading various types of machinery and equipment as well as being able to safely make minor repairs
- Assist with all jobsite needs (digging holes, restoring the jobsite, being a spotter, fusion pipes, pulling conduit, or any other task required on site).
- Lift heavy equipment for installation, when needed.
- Any applicant must be comfortable lifting, hauling, demolishing and installing lumber of various sizes and weights.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman.
Experience:
- Commercial construction
- Tilt ups
- Making walls
- Framing
Job Requirements
Education/Training:
- High school or equivalent.
- Construction or woodworking experience: 10+ years
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for 10 hours a day
- Able to lift 80+ pounds
- Able to work in the elements (heat, cold, rain)
Compensation: $25-35/hr
