Program Coordinator - Client is a Premier Motorsports company
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour
Our client is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to support project execution across our Technical and Production divisions. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate with a passion for motorsports and a knack for project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and consolidation of cross-functional project activities
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and implement countermeasures
- Provide regular status updates to track progress and guide project direction
- Communicate program requirements to department managers and project leads
- Assist in tracking engineering schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to gather updates and align priorities
- Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and project records
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Learn and apply project management tools and engineering workflows
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 1 year of experience, including internships or co-ops in technical or engineering environments
- Experience managing technical projects and understanding engineering development cycles
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
