We are hiring an Applied AI Market Analyst to build internal tools, automate workflows, and generate market intelligence that informs commercial and operational strategy. This role sits at the intersection of AI, analytics, and business operations, working directly with sales, finance, and leadership to improve decision-making and execution speed.

Success requires strong technical curiosity, analytical depth, and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured insights and working solutions.

• Build internal tools and dashboards using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI)
• Design automations using workflow platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or similar), connecting CRMs, databases, and APIs
• Develop expertise in market structures, incentive programs, and regulatory requirements across our geographies
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
• Train team members on new tools and workflows

• Understanding of automation workflows and how to design them
• Strong prompting skills-you know how to get the most out of AI tools
• Comfortable working with APIs and integrating systems
• Data analytics experience-you can extract insights from messy data
• Python proficiency
• SQL and database fundamentals
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or a technical field
• Demonstrated ability to build working applications or automations using AI tools-show us what you've shipped
• Strong research skills: you can dive into unfamiliar, complex domains and emerge with clarity
• Excellent written communication
• High agency: you figure things out and don't wait to be told what to do

• Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI)
