Brand Experiential Coordinator
 Consumer Brand | Pet Industry
 100 Percent Onsite - Downtown Los Angeles, CA

About the Role:

An innovative consumer brand in the pet industry is seeking an energetic, creative, and self driven Brand Experiential Coordinator to bring the brand to life through in person activations across the Los Angeles area.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face to face engagement, understands how to translate brand identity into real world experiences, and can independently manage experiential marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

This is a fully onsite position based out of Downtown Los Angeles. Remote work is not available.


Key Responsibilities:

Experiential Strategy and Planning
 * Research and identify high impact experiential opportunities including trade shows, pet festivals, community events, retail activations, and pop ups
 * Develop event briefs, activation concepts, timelines, and measurable performance goals
 * Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, creative, and growth teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
 * Coordinate all logistics including registration, vendor communication, booth design, materials production, and staffing
 * Design and source branded materials and engagement tools including displays, signage, educational materials, and interactive elements


On Site Brand Activation:
 * Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
 * Execute immersive, on brand experiences that engage pet owners and drive meaningful interactions
 * Lead product education, demonstrations, and conversations that clearly communicate value and differentiation
 * Manage on site operations independently including setup, breakdown, troubleshooting, and real time optimization
 * Capture leads and drive measurable actions including email sign ups, purchases, referrals, and social engagement
 * Transport and handle event materials and displays up to 50 pounds


Post Event Reporting and Optimization:
 * Track performance metrics including lead capture, engagement, and conversions
 * Prepare structured post event recaps with insights and growth recommendations
 * Assist with survey development, data collection, and analysis
 * Partner with social team to create event recap content and highlight activations
 * Maintain and organize event inventory and branded assets
 * Build and nurture relationships with event organizers, retail partners, and community stakeholders

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
 * Proven ability to manage projects independently from ideation through execution
 * Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
 * High energy with the ability to sustain enthusiasm during long activation days
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Comfortable operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
 * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
 * Comfortable working outdoors and around animals
 * Strong written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
 * 1 to 3 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, event marketing, or community outreach
 * Experience executing consumer facing brand activations
 * Passion for pets and understanding of pet owner needs
 * Familiarity with the Los Angeles event landscape
 * Experience with lead capture tools, CRM input, or growth focused event KPIs
 * Basic knowledge of social media and experiential content creation


Physical Requirements:
 * Ability to stand for extended periods, typically 6 to 8 hours
 * Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
 * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


Schedule:
 * Full time
 * Based onsite in Downtown Los Angeles
 * Weekend availability required
 * Occasional evening events based on activation schedule


Compensation and Benefits:
 * Hourly compensation commensurate with experience up to $30 per hour (DOE)
 * Mileage reimbursement for event travel
 * Parking reimbursement for event attendance
