Capture and maintain lists
Maintain office supplies and consumables Maintain SharePoint Content Printing, and posting visual management tools Setup meetings, maintain meeting schedules & capture meeting minutes Update and maintain Metrics and records Coordinate Administrative requests for the group, Examples: IT tickets, office maintenance and repairs, fill out material/equipment requests
Skills:
Strong administrative skills
Excellent organizational skills that allow you to keep an overview but without losing an eye for detail
Computer skills in Microsoft suite of tools: Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced Computer skills with Microsoft Project, SharePoint & Excel.
A continuous improvement mindset
Education:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
An Associate's degree and work experience within an engineering organization is preferred.
